This Mommy Necklace comes with two 3/4" discs and a heart charm. All are sterling silver. The discs can be personalized to say any word or name you choose. It is adorn with a funky little loop that suspends matching champagne crystal and pearls. Also available is silver crystal. Please specify length of chain and color.
